: (1) The Ministry may appoint or appoint any person to the post of administrator to work as head of child welfare home, child reform home, orphanage or mental health center.< br> (2) Remuneration facilities and other conditions of service of the head of child welfare home or administrator appointed or designated as per sub-rule (1) shall be as prescribed by the Central Child Welfare Committee with the approval of the Ministry.
